How It Works
From Gift Card Purchase to Redemption
1. Configure a Code Pool
Create a pool containing unique codes that can be assigned to newly issued gift cards.
2. Create a Gift Card Product
Configure preset amounts, an open amount with minimum and maximum limits, or both.
3. Customer Personalizes the Gift
The buyer enters the recipient details, sender name, personal message, and selected amount.
4. Gift Card Is Issued
Gift Card Pro assigns a unique code and creates the corresponding gift card account.
5. Recipient Receives the Email
The recipient receives the code by email, with an optional PDF attachment.
6. Balance Is Redeemed
The recipient applies the code to an eligible cart and retains any unused balance for later.
