Magento support services
These are services Towering Media can support. A monthly plan does not automatically include every service below. The plan cards list the hours and services stated for each plan. Hourly and one-time work is scoped on its own.
We apply Magento security patches in a staging environment first, with regression checks before production. PHP compatibility, Composer dependency updates, and extension upgrades are handled with regression testing. A full Magento version change is usually a separate Magento upgrade and migration project. Developer hours can cover recurring bug fixes, admin issues, checkout behavior, shipping rules, and payment configuration. Larger custom work is scoped through Magento development services.
Monitoring can include uptime, error logs, checkout flows, and critical integrations. Performance work can include Core Web Vitals, slow queries, cache efficiency, images, and Hyvä front-end checks. Where a monthly plan lists a monthly activity report, that report covers what was done, what was found, what was patched, and what is on the radar next. Scoped support can include the extensions a store already runs, extension upgrades, and integrations such as shipping and payment connections. Larger integration work is scoped through Magento integration services.

Starter includes 4 hours of developer time per month. Growth includes 8 hours of developer time per month. Enterprise includes everything in Growth.
A Magento support plan from Towering Media can include security patch management, monthly Magento and extension updates, bug fixes within the published hours, uptime monitoring, and performance checks. Yes. Hourly and one-time support is $185/hour for specific bugs, upgrades, emergency fixes, security patches, and short recovery projects. That work does not include a monthly subscription. A maintenance plan can be the better fit once a store needs consistent support.

We use Hyvä on our own site and build Hyvä storefronts for clients, including frontend fixes, Alpine.js and Tailwind customizations, checkout behavior, performance tuning, template updates, and Hyvä Checkout.
