Pickup and delivery brands need more than Magento’s default order grid. This guide covers Fulfillment Suite ($999.99): kitchen/delivery status board, PIN-secured PWAs, proof-of-delivery, and audit logging.

Why Local Ops Need a Fulfillment Board
Local fulfillment breaks when kitchen and drivers work from email printouts:
- No live board — statuses lag; tickets get lost
- Driver chaos — runs lack PIN-secured mobile updates and POD notes
- Weak audit trail — unclear who rescheduled or marked delivered
- Disconnected slots — pickup/delivery selections do not become actionable tasks
