Refund Policy

This page is the customer-facing refund policy for downloadable Magento extensions and other Software purchased from toweringmedia.com. It matches section 7 of the Towering Media End-User License Agreement (EULA).

Which purchases are eligible

Towering Media offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for most Software purchases unless otherwise stated. This includes Magento 2 extensions and other Software purchased from toweringmedia.com.

If a product listing or order states different refund terms, those stated terms apply to that purchase.

30-day money-back guarantee

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and include a reason for the request.
Towering Media reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or violation of license terms.

The governing Software license terms are in the EULA.

How to request a refund

Email support@toweringmedia.com. Include your order number, license key (if issued), and the reason for the request.

You may also call (773) 466-2454.

We typically review refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds, when granted, are processed back to the original payment method.

What is not covered

Refunds do not apply to:

support services
custom development
renewal payments
consulting services

Fees for completed professional services and billable development are non-refundable. Unused prepaid retainer or unused monthly support hours may be refunded or credited only if we agree in writing before the work period ends. See Terms and Conditions section 5.

Downloadable software

Towering Media sells non-tangible digital goods. Software is delivered electronically (Composer, download, or license key). Customers do not physically ship products back.

This Refund Policy is the dedicated software-refund page. A separate Return Policy page also describes the same 30-day software money-back terms for digital goods. There is no physical-goods return process.
