🧾 Towering Media Return & Refund Policy

At Towering Media, we take pride in providing high-quality Magento 2 extensions and digital solutions. Because our products are non-tangible digital goods, they are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. However, we stand by our software and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

🔹 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The extension does not perform as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

  • The product was not downloaded or activated (for unredeemed license purchases).

  • A refund request is submitted with a valid reason and sufficient information for troubleshooting.

🔹 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The product was downloaded, installed, or activated.

  • The issue is due to server configuration, third-party conflicts, or custom modifications.

  • The customer changes their mind or purchases by mistake after downloading.

🔹 How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.

🔹 Exchanges

If a technical issue cannot be resolved, we may offer an exchange for another Towering Media extension of equal or lesser value upon request.

🔹 Support & Updates

All purchases include 6 months of support and updates from the purchase date (unless otherwise stated). Continued updates and support may require a renewal.
