Return & Refund Policy

This policy matches section 7 of the Towering Media End-User License Agreement (EULA). It applies to Magento 2 extensions and other Software purchased from toweringmedia.com.
Digital delivery
Towering Media sells non-tangible digital goods. Software is delivered electronically (Composer, download, or license key) and cannot be physically returned. Refunds, when granted, are processed back to the original payment method.
30-day money-back guarantee
Towering Media offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for most Software purchases unless otherwise stated.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and include a reason for the request.
- Refunds do not apply to support services, custom development, renewal payments, or consulting services.
- Towering Media reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or violation of license terms.
The governing Software license terms are in the EULA. Website terms for professional services are in our Terms and Conditions (section 5).
How to request a refund
Email support@toweringmedia.com or call (773) 466-2454. Include your order number, license key (if issued), and the reason for the request. We typically review refund requests within 5–7 business days.
Professional services
Fees for completed professional services and billable development are non-refundable. Unused prepaid retainer or unused monthly support hours may be refunded or credited only if we agree in writing before the work period ends. See Terms and Conditions section 5.
