The Toweringmedia Custom Ship extension for Magento 2 adds an admin-only custom shipping method for Create Order workflows. CSRs enter a shipping method Name and Price, click Apply, and Magento refreshes quote totals to that label and amount.
The method is intended for admin order creation only. Customers never see it on the storefront cart or checkout.
