Pricing questions
Which plan suits a small Magento store?
Basic, at $59.95 a month, is for very small stores with low traffic and a modest catalog. It runs the same Magento stack as the bigger plans, with Nginx, PHP, MySQL, OpenSearch and Valkey on your own Google Cloud server, but without Varnish page caching. When traffic grows, move up to Starter for more memory and Varnish.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Building your server is included in every plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving up or down takes about a minute of downtime at a time you pick, and the new price starts on your next bill.
What if I go over my bandwidth?
Nothing stops working. We bill the extra at $0.25 per GB, and if it happens two months running we'll suggest the plan that fits.
