At a quiet time you pick, we copy the latest orders and point your domain at the new server.

We watch the store closely after the switch. Your old host stays in place as a fallback.
Moving questions
What do you need from me?
Access to your current host or a recent backup, someone who can change your domain's DNS, and a good time for the switch.
Will I lose orders?
No. The final copy happens during a short maintenance window, so orders placed before it come with the store.
What about my email?
Hosting doesn't include mailboxes, so your email stays where it is. The store's own emails go out through a mail relay.
I'm still on Magento 1. Can you move me?
We host Magento 2 only. We can upgrade you from Magento 1 to Magento 2 first.
