Can I choose which order statuses count?
Yes. Under Stores → Configuration → Towering Media → Reporting Pro → Report Data, set Counted Order Statuses so every report uses the same eligible statuses—including custom ones.
Does it email scheduled reports automatically?
No. Cron refreshes reporting aggregates and dashboard snapshots, and you can export grids manually. Scheduled emailed report delivery is not implemented.

What happens when I don’t renew?
Uncheck auto-renew at purchase, or cancel later. You keep access until the end of the paid period. After that, updates and support stop.
