Which entities can I enable for sync?
From Entity Sync you can enable customers, companies, products, orders, carts, and consent independently. Optional fields cover extra product attributes, company enrichment allowlists, and HubSpot newsletter subscription preferences.
How does inbound HubSpot data reach Magento?
When webhooks are enabled, HubSpot posts to the module’s webhook endpoint. Requests are signature-verified and aged against a replay window before queued inbound handling. Sync is Magento-led for most entities, with selective inbound updates—not unrestricted write-back of every HubSpot change.
