Magento AI Operator lets you ask ChatGPT about the store you already run. Sales, inventory, prices, and product SEO stay in Magento. ChatGPT can read them. When a change should be made, Operator writes a proposal and waits. Nothing is saved until someone with access approves it in the Magento admin. If the change was wrong, you can roll it back.

What you can ask

Open the Toweringmedia app in ChatGPT and ask in plain language. Operator answers from your Magento data:

• Sales summary, product performance, SKU sales history, and slow movers
• Inventory status for the products you name
• The current base price, special price, and tier price
• The current SEO title, description, and URL fields on a product
• A draft of new product copy, which stays a draft until you use it
• The audit history of what Operator has already done

Price changes and SEO changes wait for approval

Operator can propose a new base price, special price, or tier price, and it can propose new SEO metadata. Those proposals show up in the Magento admin. You approve one, reject it, or leave it. ChatGPT cannot apply the change by itself, and it cannot run SQL, open a generic Magento API, or skip the approval step.

Approved price and metadata changes can be rolled back to the previous values from the same admin screen. The audit log keeps the time, the actor, and the proposal.

How a store connects

Install toweringmedia/module-ai-operator with Composer, the same way you install other Toweringmedia extensions. In the Magento admin, open the Operator connection screen and pair the store. Then add the Toweringmedia app in ChatGPT and sign in. One app serves every store. Each store only sees the installation its subscription pays for.

You need Magento 2.4 and a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise workspace. ChatGPT Plus and a free login cannot connect an app to your Magento data.

Monthly billing

Magento AI Operator is $199 per month. The subscription renews each month until you cancel. Cancel at the end of the period you already paid for and access continues until that date.

Operator is stricter than a typical grace period. If the subscription is past due, unpaid, paused, expired, or canceled, ChatGPT loses access to that store. Paying again turns it back on. The Magento catalog itself is never locked by this check. Only Operator stops.
