Run bin/magento tm:customers-also-bought:rebuild after install or when you want a fresh bought-together index. A full rebuild recreates the aggregate from qualifying order history.
Are recommendations rule-based or AI-generated?
Neither. Ranking comes from deterministic bought-together aggregates built from Magento order history, not from manual related-product links or an AI model.
