Acctivate Sync for Magento 2 closes the loop between Acctivate and Magento. When Acctivate ships and captures an order, Acctivate Sync creates the matching offline invoice for the captured amount, so the customer is never charged twice, and completes the order in Magento.
- Invoices: an offline invoice for exactly what Acctivate captured; differences are handled with a credit memo.
- Order lock: once Acctivate has pulled an order it can no longer be canceled or edited in Magento.
- Tracking: ShipStation tracking is pulled every 15 minutes, or arrives within a minute through a secured webhook, and the customer gets the shipment email.
- Safe rollout: every feature is off by default and has a dry run.
