Overview
This extension keeps Magento 2 customer and order data in sync with HubSpot. It connects over OAuth, pushes customer and order records into your HubSpot portal, and supports inbound webhooks so changes made in HubSpot can be reflected back. Debug logging is available for tracing individual sync operations.

Requirements

https://composer.toweringmedia.com/. - A HubSpot account and a HubSpot app configured to issue OAuth credentials.

Installation
Install and validate in a staging environment before production rollout.

If Composer reports that the package could not be found, your credentials are missing or the license does not cover this package yet. Package naming note
The storefront product is named HubSpot Connector, but the Composer package is toweringmedia/module-hubspot-integration and the Magento module is Toweringmedia_HubspotIntegration. The install command above uses the real package name.
Configuration
- Stores > Configuration > Towering Media > HubSpot Integration (config section
toweringmedia_hubspotintegration). - Groups:
general(enable, debug logging, webhook enable) andoauth(client ID, client secret). - Admin screen: Towering Media > Integrations & Feeds > HubSpot Integration.
Basic usage and what to expect
- Create a HubSpot app, copy the client ID and client secret into the OAuth group, and complete the authorization.
- Enable the integration, then create or edit a test customer and confirm the record appears in HubSpot.
- Turn on debug logging temporarily if a record is not appearing, then turn it back off.
Validation checklist
bin/magento module:statusshows the module(s) as enabled.- Extension configuration saves without errors in Admin.
- The admin screens listed above are reachable and load without error.
- Expected storefront/admin behavior is present after a cache flush.
- No critical PHP/JS errors appear in
var/log/during the primary test flow.
Troubleshooting
- Composer cannot find the package: confirm the
https://composer.toweringmedia.com/repository and your credentials are present inauth.json, and that your license covers this package. - Feature not visible: verify module status, flush cache, and redeploy static content.
- Admin setting not applying: clear cache and confirm the config scope (default / website / store view).
- Unexpected behavior: retest with only the required related modules enabled.
