Overview
This extension adds a Company column to the customer selection grid on the admin Create New Order screen. On B2B stores where many contacts share similar names, it lets an admin user identify and search the correct account by company rather than guessing from the customer name and email alone.
What this extension does
- Adds a Company column to the customer grid in Sales > Orders > Create New Order.
- Makes the company value searchable and filterable when selecting a customer.
- Column can be switched off from configuration without uninstalling.

Installation
Install and validate in a staging environment before production rollout.

Configuration

Basic usage and what to expect
- Enable the module and the company column, then flush cache.
- Go to Sales > Orders > Create New Order and confirm the Company column appears in the customer selection grid and filters correctly.
Notes and limitations
- This is a focused admin usability change. It does not alter the storefront or the order data model.
Validation checklist

Troubleshooting
