===== Overview =====

The AI Customer Experience Suite is a licensing bundle, not a single Magento module. One subscription entitles the store to three separately installed Composer packages: AI Core (the shared AI provider, budget, and safety layer), Nora AI (the storefront chat assistant), and Post-Purchase Reviews (delivery-aware review and feedback outreach). Each package is installed and configured individually — this page covers all three.

===== What this extension does =====

  * **AI Core** — shared AI provider configuration, API budgets, call limits, and audit scaffolding used by every Toweringmedia AI module.
  * **Nora AI** — storefront chat that answers product and policy questions, assists signed-in customers with order lookups, and hands off to live chat.
  * **Post-Purchase Reviews** — delivery-timed experience emails, reply-by-email sentiment routing, Google review requests, and staff alerts.
  * Billed as a single subscription rather than three separate licenses.

===== Requirements =====

  * Magento 2.4.x (Open Source or Adobe Commerce).
  * PHP: ^8.1 || ^8.2 || ^8.3 || ^8.4 (as declared by the published package).
  * A current Toweringmedia license and Composer credentials for ''https://composer.toweringmedia.com/''.
  * AI Core must be installed and configured with a working AI provider before Nora AI will function.
  * Composer resolves ''toweringmedia/module-base'' automatically as a dependency of AI Core.

===== Configuration =====

  * **AI Core:** Stores > Configuration > Towering Media > **AI Core Settings** (config section ''toweringmedia_ai_core''). Set your provider credentials, task routing, and spend budgets here first.
  * **Nora AI:** Stores > Configuration > Towering Media > **Nora AI** (config section ''toweringmedia_chatbot''). Controls the widget title, assistant name, launcher label, and welcome message.
  * **Nora AI admin screens:** Nora Insights, Live Chat Queue, Conversations, Knowledge Base, Nora Capabilities, Agent Hunter, Escalation Report, and Deflection Report.
  * **Post-Purchase Reviews:** Stores > Configuration > Towering Media > **Post-Purchase Reviews** (config section ''toweringmedia_post_purchase_reviews'').
  * **Post-Purchase Reviews admin screens:** Towering Media > Post-Purchase Reviews > Reporting, Invitations, Customer Responses, Problem Recovery, Review Submissions.

===== Basic usage and what to expect =====

  - Configure AI Core first and confirm the provider credentials save without error. Nothing else in the suite works until AI Core can reach a provider.
  - Enable Nora AI and load any storefront page — the chat launcher appears using the label configured in Nora AI settings.
  - Enable Post-Purchase Reviews and place a test order. Outreach is scheduled relative to delivery, so email timing depends on the delay settings you choose.

===== Notes and limitations =====

  * The three packages are versioned and released independently. Installing the suite means running three ''composer require'' commands, not one.

===== Validation checklist =====

  * ''bin/magento module:status'' shows the module(s) as enabled.
  * Extension configuration saves without errors in Admin.
  * The admin screens listed above are reachable and load without error.
  * Expected storefront/admin behavior is present after a cache flush.
  * No critical PHP/JS errors appear in ''var/log/'' during the primary test flow.

===== Troubleshooting =====

  * **Composer cannot find the package**: confirm the ''https://composer.toweringmedia.com/'' repository and your credentials are present in ''auth.json'', and that your license covers this package.
  * **Feature not visible**: verify module status, flush cache, and redeploy static content.
  * **Admin setting not applying**: clear cache and confirm the config scope (default / website / store view).
  * **Unexpected behavior**: retest with only the required related modules enabled.
